GOODWILL EXCHANGES 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES PERIOD PANTS & CUPS
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene & health protection reasons, we can not accept returns. However, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we will offer you the chance to exchange for an alternate size. 

To qualify for this offer, please contact us on the chat window of the website. We will then discuss your needs and if applicable, we will suggest you DONATE OR GIFT your original item to someone in need or give them to a friend or family member as we can't accept returns for hygiene reasons.

We will then send a  replacement in the new size or type.

Please note: There will be a raw material and admin fee of £5 per item plus £4.99 Shipping Fee

 

RETURNS 

NON-RETURNABLE
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for products that are intimate nature or sanitary goods.

Non-returnable items:

Period Pants ( see size exchange note below) 
Menstrual Cups
Menstrual Pads
Menstrual Cup Sterilisers

ORDER CANCELATION

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day after delivery of the goods. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your order has been received by us your order is sent for shipping. We can not stop a shipment once processed. 

If you would like to cancel your order once the items are sent, you must either refuse the delivery or return the goods without opening the postage mailbag, this forms the hygiene seal.

To help you identify our package on arrival please see our company name on the postage label. 

Plastic reduction and waste are important to us, so all instructions and returns details are found online. Please go to the returns centre for more information 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your return is authorised in the returns centre, we will provide a return address. 

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible to cancel your order, for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened mailbag. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us on chat on the website. 

 

FAULTY GOODS

If your goods are faulty, we will offer an exchange or refund. Proof of purchase is required.
